'The highest education is that which does not merely give us information but makes our life in harmony with all existence'.

Rabindranath Tagore

Inspired from this our vision, "To facilitate a student-centred environment where the intellectual, cultural, social, physical and recreational needs of the students are fulfilled" is a resounding echo to this very purpose and to which every VPM member is deeply devoted.

VPM's R Z Shah College is functioning under the visionary management working selflessly and tirelessly for the substantial growth of the College which has ensured this College to be an institution of repute. College under the VPM banner lays stress not just on academic excellence but also on 'Character Building' of our students. Our team is working towards developing self-confidence among our students.

We at VPM believe, Competence is important, but Self Confidence is paramount. We all aim at building that self confidence in our students by bringing out their hidden talents and skills. We ensure that students actively participate not only in the classroom activities but also in all extracurricular activities. We want students to shed their fears and enjoy their years with us.

We encourage our students to take up internships while in the first year itself, so that by the end of their degree, they are industry ready. We also provide our students opportunities to get employment through our robust Placement Cell. Many of our students, who have been selected from campus placements are already holding good positions in the most reputed companies.

We are also determined towards cultivating strong values by integrating academics with community service. Students actively participate in Avishkar research projects, NSS, Extension work, Cultural, Student Council and Women development cell activities.

Thus, our College is committed in transforming each and every student into a self-reliant and a responsible citizen who is equipped to shoulder the responsibilities of the society and the Nation.
